early Halloween celebration!

Since Halloween is on a Wednesday this year we've decided to celebrate earlier. The frozen "boo"-nana pops are a great and cute treat right before Halloween instead of all of that candy. I hope you guys have an amazing weekend! Happy early Halloween!

exercise...better than therapy.

Exercise is cheaper and a whole lot better than therapy. Therapy is expensive and exercise is not. You can run for free you just need yourself. Yesterday was abs and core day. I killed it and I am really sore today. I hope you guys have a wonderful day. I have a new recipe for you soon! Hope you have a great day!

SO TRUE!

I LOVE this I just wish people would really try and make it happen.

Urgh

I am really kind of upset right now. I haven't been noticing the differences that I was hoping to see. I'm starting to get frustrated and wonder what I'm doing wrong. But, no matter what, I am NOT giving up! I will continue to move forward and try hard and eat right. I CAN do this and I will do this. I will not give up, not now, not ever!
If anybody has any advice or is going through the same thing please send me a message on here and I will happily respond.

Well I guess that's it!

~Taelor Starr

it's different...trust me.

So I really think this picture is cute. I thought that maybe I should tell you guys something. 900 calories of fruits, vegetables and other healthy things is different from 900 calories of hamburgers, greasy pizza, french fries, ice cream and candy. Plus you can eat a whole lot more healthy food for 900 calories. Fast food just makes you crave more after you have some. Which is not a good thing. It's good to treat yourself once and a while but do not binge or splurge. I hope you guys are having a great Tuesday! Remember to eat healthy!

Apple Butter!

This weekend has been great so far! I have gotten a lot accomplished and I still have most of today! The only thing that hasn't gone my way this weekend is I didn't get to exercise like I wanted to, but I couldn't really help that. I pulled a muscle at dance on Thursday night but I did do some arm exercises so it's not like I didn't do anything at all. My favorite thing that I have done this weekend though is make Apple Butter. It's a great slow cooker recipe and it turned out great! So that everyone else who would like to try it can have a chance to I have attached the link below! In my opinion one of the best parts is that you can have 2 tablespoons for only 88.5 calories and it tastes amazing!
It cooks for close to 11 hours in the crockpot!
I got lazy and just put it on a paper plate this morning but oh well!

I exercised on the elliptical for the first time and I was sweaty and I was only on there for eighteen minutes! No weigh October is going great and I think I'll see some good changes by the end of this month. Hope you guys are having a great Saturday and October!

lets talk food!

I really like this picture. The farmers market is a great place to get fresh vegetables, fruit, bread, honey and alot more. Even though I don't go to the farmers market that much I still love it when I go. The other day I had a band parade and my brother and dad went. They got green beans, potatoes, bread, and goat cheese. The goat cheese was amazing. The farmers market is your best bet for fresh vegetables, fruit or anything else. If you have one in your area they usually have them on Saturdays early in the morning. It's worth getting up early for. Hope you guys have a great rest of the day! It's rainy here! Happy Friday!

great day c:

so today was pretty great, here I'll tell you about my day. It was in the 40's this morning and I had to march in a parade, it started sleeting and everyone had to run under an awning of a library  I play the saxophone which is a brass/woodwind instrument and it gets extremely cold. After the parade we came home and had lunch and I made Pumpkin Butter. It's delish! I also found this new website that I am in love with! You can find it here. Hope everyone's had a great first week of October!

    Track Meet c;

So today I had a cross country meet. I guess I did okay. I tried my hardest and I came in one place less than I did last year. What wasn't really fair is that eighth grade had the most competition. Our whole team came in fourth. After I was done I felt like I was getting heat stroke but I was okay. So all and all in was a pretty good day c:

    TRY THIS!
    ~ Taelor Starr
    I love this!
    ~Taelor Starr

    Well...

Okay so yesterday I talked about how I really didn't want to work out last night but I was going to anyways.   Well I did every exercise on my list and I felt GREAT! I am so happy that I stayed motivated long enough to go through the pain. Cause like I have been saying and what our entire blog has been saying is that it's better to be Sore than Sorry. And let me tell you, I am not sorry! But I am VERY Sore. But that's okay, it's all good. I always feel better than ever after I complete a workout, and last night was no exception. I worked my hardest and that's what matters.
I hope I start seeing my results soon, but you know if I don't I am just gonna keep on goin' because I know what's good for me and I know that I WILL reach my goal sooner or later. I just have to remember to be strong and fight through the pain, because the pain means it's working. So yep.

    Ugghh

According to my workout calendar for this month I am supposed to do a Total Body Workout. Of course I am going to do it but I am SO sore. Yesterday was Abs and Core and I gave 110% to that workout last night. I feel sore today but I also feel GREAT! My stomach muscles felt like jell-o last night and today I can barely laugh without feeling it. Well anyways, I am not really looking forward to tonight's workout but I will give it 110% no matter what.
