try this!

You guise should really try this recipe! It's great and yumlicous! c:

These are Pineapple Glazed Chicken Bites. All credit goes to Undressed Skeleton. Until next time!

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 3oz Boneless Chicken 
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  1. Cut chicken into dices.
  2. In a small mixing bowl mix together pineapple juice, chicken, garlic powder and brown sugar.
  3. Turn a skillet to medium high and add olive oil to the pan
  4. Cook chicken for about 10 minutes stirring frequently

Gangnam Style

WOW!!! Today was HIIT Cardio Day according to my BLOGILATES workout calendar! I L-O-V-E HIIT!!! So today I did her new Gangnam Style video.  It's my new FAVORITE workout now! I am in a really good mood now that I have done it. I recommend that any one who wants to be fit go check out the Blogilates website and definately while you're there go and try the Gangnam style video!!

YUMMY FOOD by Brianna.

So I discovered a new healthy food blog! I absolutely want to try everything on there! She has Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch, Dinner and their all reasonable calorie wise. I'll post a few pics below to show you the ones I want to try.
Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal. Great for breakfast! 267 cal.

Falafel Sandwhich. Great for lunch! 167 calories!



Pizza Pretzels. Great for dinner! 201 cal!


Pineapple Glazed Chicken Salad. 273 cal!


Chocolate Puppy Chow! Great for dessert. 100 cal for 1/2 cup.
