there's more to life...

There is a whole lot more to life than calories and scales. Yes there is a weight that you should weigh. Yes you should watch your calories. But not like a hawk. What I mean by that is sometimes don't worry about counting your calories or weighing yourself. Don't let those things determine you happiness. It'll be less stressful on you to. Just enjoy the food and not how many calories are in it. I hope you guys have a great weekend and don't forget that this month is No Excuse November! Love you!
